orgu is an online to do list to help you organise your life and never forget anything again!
By registering and using orgu, you agree to the storage and use of your personal information as described in this policy.
We store account information and maintain your lists and tasks on secure servers. This includes your first name, last name, email address and password, which is stored in an encrypted form. We will also store information about your usage of the site, which may be used to improve the website performance and functionality.
We will not sell or share personal info to any third party for marketing purposes without your express permission.
You can update your account information and preferences at any time from the Update My Details page (displayed on the main menu once you have logged in).
orgu uses 'cookies' which are commonly used small data files that enables websites to know who it using the site and maintain a session object. This can be disabled in your web browser and the site should still work as expected, though you may notice the website URL contain a long series of characters.
If and when needed, we will contact you on the email address you used to register the account. Occassionaly we will send emails that we believe should be seen by all users and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. However you can choose whether or not to receive periodic emails detailing your outstanding tasks via the Update My Details page.
We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the event of a transfer of ownership of orgu, such as acquisition by or merger with another company. In such an event, we will notify you before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
